ACT serves to develop techniques, methodology and ‘a delivery of Services’ system allowing easy access to services in the areas of targeted community.

To help people with special needs and enhance their ability to be in control and, function as productive members in their social environment with full freedom to access their ‘Rights’ & ‘Entitlements’.

Awareness and Capacity Building of the target communities assumes specific importance in the drive to achieve goals with the back-up of functional literacy and skill training to improve the quality of life of the women in the adopted areas for intervention.
